And now for the terms regarding adopts!
.:. Unless stated otherwise, I'm only interested in PayPal for payment on adopts. The prices are in USD.
.:. For auctions, please reply under the "Bid here" comments, and bid in a chain (aka reply to the one you're outbidding and so on). For set price, reply under the appropriate comment to claim :3
- If I don't have such a comment available, please let me know... I likely forgot to do so X'D
.:. Please only bid if you actually want the adopt and have money on hand.
.:. Upon winning/claiming, I will send you a Note or chat message asking for your email to invoice you. Please don't try sending me money in any other format, as it will not count as payment for the adopt(s) you claim!
.:. You will have 48 hours to pay; if you do not pay within that time frame, the adopt goes back up for adopt and I will blacklist you.
- I allow payment plans, but you must already be my watcher, and have purchased at least 2 other adopts or commissions from me within the past 3 months. In addition, I require 50% of the payment right away, and the rest within a 2-week period.
.:. Upon payment, you will receive the file(s) mentioned on the specific adopt :3
.:. I'm willing to make color changes upon your purchasing it, as well as minor edits! But if you ask for substantial edits (like a completely different outfit or hair), I will charge 10% (rounded to the nearest dollar) of the adopt's cost to do so.
.:. For custom adopt slots, you can really ask for just about anything, so long as it still somewhat conforms to the rules under my main ToS. An additional 50% of the slot cost will be applied if you want your custom adopt to be off-base.
.:. My adopts are for personal use only!
- Commercial use is authorized, but you will have to pay $1,000 USD, as well as the highest AB price for the adopt, to do so.
.:. Please don't sell your adopt for more than you paid for it! The exception being if you commissioned art for it before doing so
- The commission voucher included with my bonus ABs also count towards it~!
- Also, please let me know who the new owner is, so I can keep it updated :3
.:. OPTIONAL: Don't hesitate to tag me in art featuring my designs, I'd love to see how they get used <3

Starting Bid (SB) = $50 USD
Minimum Increase (MI) = $2 USD

- Adopt with and without BG
If the bid reaches $100, I will include the following:
- Custom outfit design to go with the original, on the same base
If the bid reaches $150, I will include the following:
- Additional nude version of adopt, on the same base
If purchased with the AB2 option, you will receive the following:
- Everything mentioned above
-A $150 voucher to one of my commission services, or any combo of them up to that amount
