Boremancers specialize in mind-altering incantations such as Confusion, Hypnosis, or Sleep. Some Goblins even grow horns to accommodate the extra brain mass necessary for studying and mastering this discipline. They're especially effective against other goblins, who often become drowsy just by hearing too many words spoken in succession.
