Yeah, I had to enter it after someone bought the character for SB, and tried to resell it for much more than they bought.

Ohh, that's not "commercial," that would be adopt flipping and that's super mean! Commercial is like if they made and sold pins at a con (common practice for some of us!). I wanted to make sure because I will only buy characters with full rights to them, if I am restricted from anything I will have to rehome them :(

My bad. I wanted to say that this new rule only applies to new characters and auctions sold before it remain with full rights to use. I did not demand anything from that person, I simply introduced a new rule of use so that this would not happen again in the future.
