- Winner is not allowed to resell the final reference.
- Winner can ask to change some of the character's informations, but only once.
- Any change to the character's design asked by the winner will be charged in extra except for NSFW parts when these are available as optional.
- The winner receives reference sheets at size 3508x2480 (300 DPI) and PNGs of the character.
- No refunds allowed and any forced refund after the auction is finished will be followed by legal actions if necessary.
- Nothing made by MrMoonCrow (a.k.a. Sainark Kranias) may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space without his direct authorization.
- The winner agrees to not share or use any personal information regarding MrMoonCrow (a.k.a. Sainark Kranias) acquired from any source for unauthorized actions.
