Transfer of rights:
🍒After the purchase, the rights are not automatically transferred, they transfer through written form if requested by the customer. This is free
🍒A fee to transfer intellectual property of a design is only applicable for commercial license if the designs are manufactured in larger quantities (such as selling real life costumes).
