- overwriting comments can be done freely, on the part you want to change
- if bid only past 3rd comment will get a sketch, past 6th will get flat color.
- if doesn't reach the goal, oc creation will be canceled or continue according to the winner
- rules will be adjusted during bidding, to stay conducive and minimize misunderstandings
