This is the second part of my Valentine's YCH, this time with a single character holding a heart
Drawing dimensions are 1200x1200

Rules:
-Payment first
-NO refunds
-Choose the color of the background and heart (you can also choose a flag for the heart)
-Only furries and reptiles (birds are not my thing, but I can try)
-Change facial expression has an additional cost of $1 per character
-Wings are ok!
