- All bidding artwork is posted with watermarks, but the winner of each auction will receive a final Glazed copy with no watermarks.
- All adopt sales are final
- You must credit me as the creator of the design

YOU CAN
- Make slight edits to the adopt, (bigger breasts, bigger hips, butt, chest, arm or leg muscles, gender, sex, hair color, hair length, eye color, skin color, embroidery or writing to clothing) if you would like me to do that, there will be a ($50 charge)
- Use as a REFERENCE SHEET when commissioning other artists to draw your adopt
- Use the adopt as you please, if being used for NSFW purposes, you will NOT put this adopt in situations that are ILLEGAL (activities engaging with anyone under the age of 18 AND/OR clearly a minor)

YOU CANNOT
- Use commercially or for marketing purposes (subject to change in the future)
- RESELL, TRACE, COPY, TRADE, or GIFT this adopt is yours, and you are bound by these rules
- Claim yourself as the creator, only the owner

I CAN
- I reserve the right to post any adopt drawn by me
- I reserve the right to Glaze my artwork, a software that helps disable the training of AI on my work, the final work is also Glazed which will result in slight change in resolution.
- Change the TOS at anytime
