VERY IMPORTANT: Even if Mandy (the gorgeous girl in the YCH example) has her own vintage style, your character isn't strictly tied to that outfit. You can send references of your OC in her own outfit, or even send an additional reference of a specific model you'd like for her to use on your commission, and I'll be happy to recreate it at no extra charge. Even though this clarification is somewhat obvious, I can change any of the girl's body measurements to fit your character's exactly. And, by the way, I can also change the guy's "features" (if you catch my drift).
