Since you can't see much (because this is a very rough start to the animation), I'll describe the concept.

We have a lying character, their hands and feet bound, holding a magical, vibrating wand that "irritates" them. The wand is wielded by someone from outside, the one whose hand you can see, and pressing a button activates vibrations (or electricity, or... hmm, fire xD).
