Kaeno was born in a forgotten village located on the border between the world of the living and the realm of spirits. In these lands, people believed that the souls of the dead never truly left — instead, they lingered, feeding on the energy of the living.

Village was attacked by the Shadow of the Hungry Souls, an ancient wraith that devoured human life. Kaeno made a desperate pact with a forgotten god of death: a life for a life.

Kaeno survived… but from that day on, her body became a vessel for ashen spirits — the restless souls of those who had perished. Their whispers echo endlessly in her mind. They protect her, but in return, they slowly consume her life force.
