It will take me no more than 2 weeks/14 days to give you the completed picture.

The completed picture will include: black lines + color of oily pencils + a possible background(with a source of wind from the top right corner to the bottom left).

There is no restriction on the character as long as it's in a MLP spieces(earth pony/pegasus/unicorn).

Or I can draw your character into a pony, if it's in other spieces(furry → pony/human → pony).

Payment can be accepted via Paypal, before or after I discuss your request with you.

For a starting bid, the final pieces will be represented as a clear scanned file + a realistic photo version(approxmately 2000 × 3000 pixels for each one),either with or without signature.
If the bid exceed the starting amount, extra rewards such as physical copy(mailing address required) and digital-art version can be unlocked.
