1 Refunds are not provided. Refunds are only possible if, for some reason, I am unable to complete your commission.
2 Payment must be made within a maximum of 3 business days, according to the current prices. Payment can be split into two parts: 50% before the sketch and 50% after.
3 Character references must be sent immediately after payment.
4 My deadline is 2 weeks maximum (1 week if you purchased a full render or higher)
5 After payment, I will send you each stage of the work, such as sketch, line, base colors, pre-render and render. I ask you to respond in some way so I know you are satisfied with the result and can continue drawing. If you rarely respond to me, I may not be able to complete the work before the deadline!
