  1. Payment must be made within 24 hours of winning via PayPal and always in advance
  2. Bid retractions are not accepted.
  3. Please let me know about any necessary changes early on in the design process so we can speed things up and get the job done efficiently.
  4. No refunds will be given. Once the auction has ended, please do not make the payment yet, as I will ask for your email address to issue the invoice.
  5. Delivery time may vary depending on complexity, but it usually takes at least one month, so please be patient. I will keep you informed of any progress.
  6. Please provide me with as many references as necessary. Although I can work with just what you write to me, it would be ideal to have visual references to get closer to what you want.
  7. I can work with any species, but I don't do Mechas.
  8. I work with all body types, so feel free to let your imagination run wild.
  9. I reserve the right to include the character in my portfolio and create non-profit art featuring said character. However, if you need to keep the character private, just let me know.
  10. The files will be delivered to the winner in the respective formats in the best possible quality.
