Important:
- Turnaround time (TAT): The estimated turnaround time for most commissions is 3-4 weeks, That might change if my other job gets too demanding.
However, please do not expect the commission until the guaranteed delivery date, usually 1-2 months out! If this is a problem, please contact me and we can change it.
- Refunds: Only if I haven't started your commission. After sketch approval, no refunds.
