It will take me no more than 2 weeks to give you the finished picture.

The finished picture will include: grey lines of 2B pencils + full color of oily pencils + an abstract background if possible.

There are no restrictions on the character as long as it's a feline.

Or I can draw your character into a feline, if it's in other species.

It would be the best if you have a SFW reference picture with color in full-body.

The final piece will be represented as a scanned file(approximately 2000×3000 pixels/3MB/in JPG)with or without signature.

If you need a physical copy of this picture, please let me know in advance, I can help you with that(worldwide via registered snail mail if possible).The acutal size is around 6cm × 9.5 cm. Varnish and fixative can be added to protect the picture.
