Rules:

-Any species - any gender (birds are not my thing, but I can try)
-Background, folder, and cursor colors can be changed for free
-Folder and cursor design changes (custom): $2 each
-Custom/themed backgrounds: $2 (replaces solid color)
-The background can also be transparent (this is free of charge)
-Wings are ok!!
-Changing the facial expression has an additional charge of $1 per character
