- No refunds are accepted once payment has been made and the character has been delivered.

- The character will be delivered on a reference sheet with a front view, back view, and a close-up of the character's face.

- Shipping is done to an email address provided by the customer after the auction ends.

- The character will be shipped once 100% of the final bid price has been paid.
