Kobold's

It is said that if one finds a glade where Abeli blooms, one can be cured of the winter blues. The scent of its flowers is so strong that it can awaken even the laziest Pokémon from hibernation. However, it is impossible to pluck a flower from its tail without the Pokémon’s permission—it instantly attacks the offender with thorny branches.
