PAYMENT
Payment method: Paypal
Payment is due within 24 hours after I contact the winner. Please bid only if you can afford it, and are able to use the payment method.
If I don’t hear from the winner or receive payment by the deadline, I may contact the next-highest bidder or relist the design.

DELIVERY
After payment is received, I’ll send the winner:
• High-resolution transparent PNG, without the auction watermark
• You'll receive a download link with the files
This is a digital item; no physical product will be shipped.

CHARACTER & ART RIGHTS
The buyer may use the character as their original character, including renaming, roleplaying, and making personal-use edits to the design.
I retain copyright to the artwork itself. Please credit me as the artist when reposting the artwork, and don’t claim you drew it, remove my signature, or use it to train AI.
The buyer may repost the purchased image on their own pages with artist credit. Please don’t repost the watermarked auction preview as a substitute for the delivered file.
Commercial use of the character/art is included in the case of a buyout. Please ask and agree on terms before using it commercially.

RESALE & TRANSFERS
If resold or hifted, please pass along these terms and let me know the new owner. Please don’t resell the character for more than the original purchase price unless you’ve added substantial new artwork or we agree otherwise.
I will not resell or auction this design again.
