its a closed species and its named Elemention
they have the name becuse the ball on the tail is a element ball, there who have it can handle all elements
the elementions was born with that ball, but its realy rar and few people try to steal it
when a elemention loose the ball he can't handle the elements anymore, its gone but they can bring back the ball
so the ball can be steal , or the elemtion give it away by itselve.
