History: On gaining her independence from their parents, Koko left her birth town to be on her own in the megapolis named Neon City, a place where everything,and everyone can fullfill their needs.
Neon City comes with its difficulties thou, Koko found rapidly that the big cities have their downsides. Having a job in a city with 50 million people is quite hard. So one day she found a billboard of bounties of several low lifes that prey on the poor and weak, so she picked up the "easiest" one rated criminal, and armed only with her nails and catlike abilities, she went on the quest to get that mf and his bounty.
From there its practicaly history, she went on and on ,upping the difficulties of bounties ,but with those came wealth, that she uses to get better gear and upgrades to get the job done more efficiently.
