I can change the slime into tentacles for a fee ranging from 5$ to 15$, although it can go higher if the tentacles are more detailed (for example: plenty of tiny ones)

If your character is detailed I'll need to add an extra fee for details (3$-10$, but it most likely won't exceed 5$)
