1. Ownership & Reselling ♥

♦Trading: You can gift, trade, or resell the character.

♦Price: Do not sell the character for more than you paid. You can only increase the price if you have added new commissioned art to the character.

♦Changes: You are allowed to edit the design, as long as the character is still recognizable.

2. Using the Artwork ♥

♦No Tracing: You are not allowed to trace my original drawings.

♦AI Policy: You cannot use my art or designs for AI training or datasets. Using my work as a base for AI-generated images (image-to-image) is also forbidden.

♦Credit: Always credit me (Jas Leo) as the original creator. Do not remove or hide my signature from the art.

3. Commercial Use ♥

♦Personal Use Only: The design is for your personal enjoyment.

♦Business: You cannot use the design to make money unless we have discussed a commercial fee and you have paid for it.

4. Age & Safety Rules ♥

♦Buyer Age: You must be 18 years or older to purchase.

♦Character Age: All characters must be 18+ years old. You are not allowed to set their age below 18.

♦General Conduct: My designs must not be used for bullying, harassment, or illegal activities.

♦Inclusion: I do not allow my work to be used for hate speech or discrimination against the LGBTQ+ community or any race/ethnicity.

5. Rights & Refunds ♥

♦Artist Rights: I (the Artist) still own the rights to the design unless you buy a "Full Transfer of Rights."

♦Portfolio: I can share the art in my portfolio or on social media (usually in low resolution). If you need the work to stay private, we can discuss a private commission fee.

♦Refunds: There are no refunds after you have purchased a design.
