🌿🍄 COMMISSION TERMS 🍄🌿

Thank you for considering commissioning me! I like to keep the process simple, friendly, and collaborative. ♡

🌱 WHAT I DRAW

- I’m primarily a SFW artist. I’m also happy to draw tasteful pin-ups, sensual themes, and artistic nudity focused on beauty and aesthetics.

- Complex commissions are very welcome! I especially enjoy character interactions, expressive scenes, couples/groups, storytelling, fantasy designs, and detailed characters.

- If you have an unusual, ambitious, or complicated idea, feel free to DM me and we can discuss it together.

- Please commission me because you enjoy my style and artistic vision. Your character may look slightly different from the references as I interpret them through my own style, anatomy, shapes, expressions, and rendering.

- I reserve the right to decline a commission if I don’t feel I’m the right artist for it.

🍄 PAYMENT & REFUNDS

- Full payment is required before I start.

- For commissions over $100, payment can be split 50/50: 50% before I begin and 50% after the sketch is approved.

- Once I have started working on your commission, I do not offer refunds for cancellations or changes of mind. The artwork will be completed and delivered as agreed.

- If I’m unable to complete your commission due to circumstances on my side, I will, of course, refund you for the unfinished work.

- Extra complexity, additional characters, very detailed outfits/armor, backgrounds, etc. may increase the price. I’ll always discuss this with you beforehand.

🌿 REVISIONS

- 3 small revisions are included for free.

- Additional revisions or major changes may require an extra fee, especially if they involve reworking an already approved part of the artwork.

- If I clearly missed or misunderstood something that was shown in a detailed reference, I’ll fix it for free.

I have pretty strong ADHD, so please don’t be shy about pointing something out if I accidentally overlook a detail! It happens occasionally, and I’m always happy to correct my mistakes. ♡

🌱 PROCESS & DELIVERY

- I’ll show you the sketch before moving on, so we can make sure the main idea, pose, characters, and composition feel right.

- A commission of average complexity usually takes around one week to complete once I begin working on it.

- More complex commissions may take longer. If I expect a significant delay, I’ll let you know.

- You’ll receive the finished artwork in high resolution.

- PSD files are also available upon request.

🍄 ARTWORK & USAGE

- The commission is for personal use unless we agree on commercial use separately.

- I retain the copyright to my artwork and may post finished commissions in my galleries, portfolio, or social media.

- If you need the artwork to stay private for a while, please tell me before commissioning and we can discuss it.

🌿 ADOPTABLES

- You may resell or gift an adoptable you purchased from me for personal use.

- Adoptable sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchased adoptables.

- If the character gets a new owner, I appreciate being told who they are, but this is completely optional.

- Purchasing an adoptable transfers ownership of the character/design for personal use, not the copyright to the original artwork itself.
