I privately commission artists only, meaning my commissions may not be posted publicly. (Willing to pay the private fee if option is available)
I adopt OCs when I can and sometimes ask for payment delay up to 2 weeks (Until i get paid) or if something comes up, i will first ask for extension up to a month or cancellation (if extension is not possible).
