Unless you AB, all "alt" prices are applied AFTER auction price. IE. Auction wins at $20, to get nude alt you pay $30, it is still lineart+flats tier.

$15= Lineart+Flat colors
$25+= Lineart+Cel Shading

AB: You are eligible for all alts without having to add them after the auction ending price.
