Welcome to the auction! Serious bids only please. This is an old character that I decided to redesign!

THINGS TO NOTE:

•Minimum of $100/month bids are acceptable. This will be paid via PayPal invoice.

•Rights + high-res of this adopt will not be relinquished until the bid for just the adopt is paid in full. If bids exceed $350, then those bids must be paid off as well until rights + high-res are relinquished. The back view will immediately be drawn once the $350 is achieved.

•Bids made that include any extra art of this adopt are also viable for the $100/month plan. Extra art of the adopt will not be started on until I receive 100% payment of the initial bid for the adopt, as well as at least 50% of the bid of the extra art ($275 min). The extra art will not be finished after the sketch phase until the rest of the payment is made ($350 min.). If final payment to be made is less than $100, then final payment doesn't need to amount to $100.

$350: Back view will be added to this adopt. Will be mostly flat-colored, with some gradients. A color palette will also be added.

SB: Receive a high-res version of the image above, as well as the rights to "Elvira". Watermarks will be removed (except for one in the corner) for the high-res version, which the owner may not share to the public. The owner will also receive a low-res version of the adopt, without the "ADOPT - NOT YET SOLD" watermark. The owner may share this version publicly. After the character is sold;

•This adopt CAN be resold. The owner must first get into contact with me prior to this. The adopt CANNOT be sold for less, or for more than what was bid. The adopt can only be sold for more if the owner has bought more art of her, and has therefore increased her value. This adopt cannot be refunded after full payment has been made. You may not resell this adopt, or the art that comes with her, as an NFT.

•This character is for personal use ONLY. Commercial use incurs an additional fee.

•You may make minor edits to this adopt (ex. gender, hairstyle, clothing, backstory, name, etc.) However, please don't change the design of the adopt to where it no longer looks like the original. Do not edit, modify, or alter my drawing that comes with the rights of the adopt - this includes by any third parties, or by AI/machine learning.

•Do not use this adopt in subjects of extreme fetish art (ex. scat, rape, necrophilia, pedophilia, etc.), offensive, controversial, and/or political content. The owner may contact me, the artist and designer, at any time if they're unsure if what they want to do with the character design falls under this.

•This adopt must also be credited to me, whenever possible (ex. character designed by artistotle_art).

AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS:

•I will send a PM to the person who has won the auction.

•The $350 for the adopt and the extra art is expected to be paid over a span of, at maximum, 4 months. If the payment for just the adopt is unable to be made within a maximum of 2 months, payment received will be refunded, and the auction will restart. Payments for just the art may be partially refunded based on my ToS: https://artistotle.art/#termsofservices. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PAY THE PAYMENTS ON TIME. Some exceptions to this can be made, based on certain circumstances.

If the winner of the auction fails to contact or respond to me within 48 hours, or does not abide by my ToS, they will be blacklisted, made known to other artists, and may have a clients beware made on them. The auction will then either restart, or the next-in-line bidder will be contacted.
