Would the addition of some muscles/abs count as a minor alteration to the pose?

abs and a bit more marked arms/shoulders should be OK, as long as the overall shapes don't change too far from the original. Dragonball muscles would be too much, for example.

First time using this site, was wondering if there were any rules if someone were to hold off bidding until the last minute or something like that?

there's a default snipe prevention thing that extends auctions by a couple minutes if someone bids at last second, so the previous person can bid back if needed.
