✅General
These commissions are intended for customers who wish to purchase a full color drawing, under the terms and conditions described below. By requesting a commission, the client accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.

🫴Payment and Down Payment💸

-A minimum down payment of 50% of the total cost is required to initiate the sketch.
-Payment in full is due prior to delivery of the final drawing.
-Payments are made through the platform or paypal.

📝Revision Process📝

-The client has the right to request up to 6 changes during the creation process.
-Additional changes after the sixth will be subject to additional charges, which will be determined by the complexity of the requested change.

❗Use of Drawing☝️

-Commissions are for personal use only.
-Commercial use, redistribution, resale or alteration of the drawing for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written agreement.

⚠️Cancellation and Refunds⚠️

-If the client decides to cancel the commission after the work has begun, the advance payment will not be refunded.
-If the artist cancels the commission for any reason, the full amount paid by the client will be refunded.

👉Deadlines and Delivery📨

-Delivery times will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
-Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the drawing and other factors. Any change in the deadline will be communicated to the client immediately.
