- all big changes (edit face, add more details etc) tell me when I am sketching! else I will ask for an additional price if the work is completely finished (only applies to full render sketch)

— for sketch w flat color :
* 100% prepayment
* all changes are for free
* dd. 3-6 days or 1-2 weeks

— for sketch w full render :
* I draw a sketch, and I send it to you.
* if all is well, you are paying
*100% prepayment! but if the payment is more or equal to $200, you can pay 100 every 2- 2,5 weeks :>
* after the payment, I proceed to the rendering
* throughout the work, I will send the stages of work for agreement/making little changes!
