If a character has wings, additional limbs (legs, arms, tails), heavy accessories, complex patterns, and overal a complex design, then a $10 fee is applied.

Add-ons:
add-ons are entirely free! this includes: change of balloon (its color, pattern, form), change to background (it can be a patterned, gradient, single-color, a photo), change of expression, paw gesture, etc.
